Salient features of the Society

Organizational democracy structure

• Workers are all: This is purely a workers' Co-operative Society; workers' only can become employees/members as well as Shareholders, during his service period.
• Governance: of the Society is vested in a Managing committee, consisting of 13 members, elected from among the workers by the workers, through secret ballot system, for a term of 5 years and the committee is abided by the Society's Bylaws. All workers have voting power
• No direct recruitments to higher posts: No direct appointment to higher posts, all are appointing to lowest category of unskilled categories, then promoted according to eligibility after giving systematic training.

Business

• Operating Indian Coffee Houses in almost all major towns of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, serve aromatic coffee and delicious food, excellent quality of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes.
• Boarding & Lodging namely "Hotel India" at Jabalpur, Bhopal, Gwalior, Katni (2 Nos.), Amarkantak in Madhya Pradesh & Bhilai (2 Nos.), Durg, Korba in Chhattisgarh and providing Safely & comfortable stay.
• Running & management/outsourcing services in Industrial Canteens, Office Canteens, VIP Guest Houses, Transit Camps, Field Hostels etc. under different projects of Public Sector undertakings.
• Coffee Powder Sales: Pure Coffee Powder is also providing to the public aiming the propaganda of Indian Coffee. Standard Raw Coffee Seeds is buying from south India, roasting in Electronic-Roaster under the Supervision of experts, grinding and packing etc. are being done in particular unit's area-wise.
• Indoor & Outdoor Catering Services: The ICH is also providing Caterings Services on the occasions of Kitty Parties, Engagements, Marriages, Birthdays, Retirement functions etc. to be held at Indoor & outdoor, from all branches of the Indian Coffee Houses and the Venue is provided free of charges (for indoor) and the Catering Services are being provided at Outdoor locations also.

Targets

• The Society's main aim is to develop the Co-operative movement in our County, and work as an ideal one in this Field and prove that, Co-operative way is the best way for the growth of any Institution.
• Providing standard food/service in a neat & clean and peaceful atmosphere at a reasonable and affordable rates
• Provide more and more employment facilities to the unemployed youth of our country.

• Merit Certificate from Different PSUs for maintaining Cordial-relationships and for providing satisfactory Catering/Hospitality Service to its projects.

• The ISO 9001:2015 certificate from RINA Certification Team (Italy)
